This Privacy Policy details how we handle user data across the MyCric Auction mobile application, dashboard workspace, live control room, and associated web interfaces. By creating an account, running an auction, or participating as a franchise bidder, you acknowledge the terms outlined below.
Information We Collect
We collect only the information necessary to provide low-latency auction administration and tournament broadcast services:
Account Credentials
Your full name, email address, phone number, and encrypted authentication tokens required to sign in, create tournaments, or enter franchise bid consoles.
Tournament & Auction Data
Tournament titles, venues, dates, franchise teams, budget purses, minimum bid rules, registered player profiles (stats, categories, base prices), and live bid histories.
Media Files & Device Photos
When you upload league logos, franchise emblems, or player photos, we request access to your photo library or file storage solely to upload and render those assets within your auction rooms, TV overlays, and player summary cards.
Real-Time Processing & Media Storage
During live bidding sessions, team bid events, timer countdowns, and auction state transitions are synchronized in real time via secure Supabase Realtime channels with end-to-end WebSocket encryption.
Uploaded team logos and player profile pictures are stored securely on high-speed cloud infrastructure with global Content Delivery Network (CDN) edge caching to ensure instant, seamless rendering on both mobile screens and live TV broadcast overlays.
User Rights & Permanent Account Deletion
In strict accordance with global privacy regulations as well as Apple App Store and Google Play Store policies, you retain complete authority over your personal data.
You may initiate account deletion at any time directly through the Account Settings modal in the mobile app or web console. Deleting your account permanently and irreversibly purges your profile, authentication credentials, and all auctions owned by your account, including franchise teams, registered players, and complete live bid logs from our database.
Data Security & Retention
We employ TLS/SSL encryption for all data in transit and robust database encryption at rest. We never sell, rent, or monetize your tournament data or personal contact details to advertising brokers.
Auction history is retained only as long as your account remains active or until you deliberately delete the auction or your account.
