Welcome & Acceptance
Welcome to MyCric Auction Pro. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MyCric Auction mobile application, organizer dashboard workspace, franchise consoles, and live bidding room broadcast systems. By creating an account, administering an auction, or participating in a live bidding session, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws.
Account Responsibility & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, auction control PINs, and access tokens. You accept full responsibility for all activities, bid transactions, and player allocations conducted under your administrator or franchise credentials.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account or live draft room, you must notify us immediately at [email protected].
Fair Play & Tournament Integrity
MyCric Auction provides bidding room software, franchise purse tracking, and live TV broadcast overlays. Auction organizers are solely responsible for ensuring the integrity, fairness, and ethical execution of their tournaments:
- Verifying the accuracy of registered player details, categories, and base prices.
- Ensuring valid franchise team purse allocations and legitimate bid slap submissions.
- Conducting live auctions without artificial manipulation or fraudulent bids.
Content & Intellectual Property Rights
You retain ownership of any logos, photos, badges, and franchise marks you upload to the platform. By uploading content, you grant MyCric Auction a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and stream this content solely for the purpose of operating your auction rooms and broadcast overlays.
You warrant that all assets uploaded by you do not infringe upon any third-party copyright, trademark, or personal publicity rights.
Service Availability & Live Synchrony
We strive for 99.9% uptime during scheduled live auctions. We reserve the right to deliver real-time over-the-air updates, bug fixes, and system improvements to protect live auction stability.
Organizers are advised to verify internet connectivity at draft venues. MyCric Auction is not liable for draft delays caused by local venue network failures or third-party service provider outages.
Account Termination & Permanent Data Deletion
You may terminate your account at any time. In compliance with store requirements and data sovereignty laws:
When you delete your account via the Account Settings menu, all owned tournaments, franchise rosters, registered player profiles, and live bid logs under that account are immediately and irreversibly deleted from our database.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in fraudulent behavior, abuse of live auction feeds, or violations of community standards.
